Abstract: Export pipeline needed as transportation of crude energy from production field to onshore receiving facility. Pipe lay analysis need to be done to find the optimal and safe lay barge configuration. Analysis done at initiation, normal lay, laydown, abandonment and recovery phase of pipe laying. Analysis based on DnV OS F-101 Submarine Pipeline System as standard design. Export pipeline overbend strain, sagbend stress, local bucking, and concrete crush is controlled with analyzing with criteria based on DnV OS F101. Finally, designed 14 inch export pipeline stress and strain did not over limit from criteria and also safe from buckling and concrete crushing and could be installed on Kepodang Field at Java Sea.
