ABSTRACT – Indonesia has been active in the oil and gas industry for more than 130 years, the first discovery of oil in North Sumatra in 1885. Supporting facilities in the exploitation of oil and natural gas at sea is an offshore platform. The scope of the design discussion itself is divided into empathy analysis, namely in-place analysis, seismic, fatigue, and transportation. The on-site analysis yields the value of the member stress, the can stress joint, the deflection in the joint, and the soil capacity in the pile. The seismic analysis yields the value of member stress, joint stress, soil capacity, and natural structure period. Fatigue analysis examines the fatigue life structure due to cyclic wave loads so that it will produce a service life value. The braced monopod structure modeling in the Java Sea uses SACS and MOSES software using the API RP 2A-WSD design standard. In the implementation of transportation, the structure that needs to model sea fastening is in the form of a structural connection to keep the structure safe. The results of the barge stability analysis by modeling the storage plan for one time delivery with the KREUZ 282 brage and the Logindo Tug Ship Stamina can be fulfilled where the results of the full range stability calculation result in a value of 22˚ and for damage stability conditions where the compartment has a leakage critical roll angle value of 0.92˚.
