Abstract: Cracked reinforced concrete in a corrosive environment will accelerate damage to the structure. The rate of corrosion in cracks concrete will increase along with the magnitude of the crack in concrete, because the chloride will more easily enter the concrete pores. In this study, an experiment was carried out to classify concrete with Cl ions permeability with or without a mixture of flying ash that has undergone cracks. The method used in this study is the rapid chloride permebeality test (RCPT). In this study, a sample of concrete in the form of 10 cm in diameter and 20 cm in length was made in the quality of K-250, K-400, and K- 400 + fly ash. Then cut the test sample into a concrete plate with a thickness of 5 cm, then do the cracking on the test sample with a certain crack width. The making of tools for testing with the RCPT method is adjusted to the existing standards, namely ASTM C-1202. Testing is carried out for six hours by flowing 60V direct current to a concrete dish and current data collection is done every 30 minutes. Concrete grouping according to Cl ¬ permeability based on electric charge. Then the electric charge is calculated to determine the concrete classification being tested.
