Abstract : Indonesia is the lasgest maritime country in the world. Dividing up to 17.508 islands that is distributed from Sabang untill Marauke, therefore giving marine trasportation infrastructure the largest potential, where in this case is ports. Ports as a form of marine trasportation infrastructure have a role in supporting Indonesia’s system of logistics, where it is in fact stated in the Presidential Decree No. 26 Year 2012 and the Presidential Decree No. 3 Year 2018 that the development of marine transportation infrastrucure is to be focus on. Patimban Port Development Project is then chosen to be the concrete follow up and proof of the presidential decree stated before. In this Thesis, it will be discussed regarding the steps and application of the design and analysis of car berth structure with the type, deck on pile. The analysis is done refering to the code and standards that is valid and applicable. The design will be done in determining the dimension of the berth and the waters facilities, berth structural element, and the complementary components that is needed. The analysis of structure will be done with the help of SAP2000 that is used to check the strength of the structure againts the loads working on the structure. This software will also show us the internal forces of the structure that will be used in designing the concrete reinforcement and laying reaction that will be used in the analysis of soil bearing capacity.
